Where do you ship the güds?

We ship anywhere in the Philippines!

For the time being, our products are deliverable within Metro Manila thru Lalamove and our company drivers. While deliveries outside Metro Manila shall be shipped thru LBC.

I can’t wait to my get the güds! When can I expect them?

We can’t wait for you to get them too! Your güds will be scheduled for shipment upon confirmation of your order. Expect a message from our team when your orders are confirmed and ready for delivery or shipping.

For orders outside Metro Manila, they are usually delivered according to the following number of working days upon confirmation of your order:
  • Luzon: 3-5 business days excluding Saturdays, Sunday and official non-working holidays
  • Visayas: 5-7 business days excluding Saturdays, Sunday and official non-working holidays
  • Mindanao: 7 business days excluding Saturdays, Sunday and official non-working holidays

    Do you offer same-day deliveries?

    Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days upon order confirmation.

    For orders within Metro Manila, our order cut-off time is 3PM daily. After cut-off, all orders will be processed for shipping the following business day.

    I changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, only orders that have not been dispatched yet can be cancelled. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us at mobile/viber +639178154565 or email us at orders@gudisbetter.com right away, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped.

    I want to replace/return my order. How can I do that?

    Should there be errors in delivery, incomplete orders, products with defects or any other concern, kindly let us know thru mobile/viber +639178154565 or email us at orders@gudisbetter.com within 7 days upon receipt of your order.

    Beyond that, the product/s could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage, defect or discrepancy reported. In any case, the sooner we learn about your concern, the sooner we will be able to address it.

    Don’t forget to provide a photo of the product in question and the order number for easier reference.

    We’re open Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) from 9AM to 5PM.

    We want to make the switch to sustainable. Can we buy the the güds in bulk?
